My 2002 / PFL Lightweight model on <69000 miles is offered For Sale at £2000.
A look at the following information will show that in recent years I have not been driving it!

Thank you John, hopefully someone else will see that.

Absolutely fabulous car - if only I had the space.  Pray it goes to a good home and continues to be looked after in the way Tony has over the years.  And no knocking down on price please guys and gals, it's worth that and more! GLWS.

Sad news but understandable.

If only I had the space and a spare couple of £k.

@utterclarity
I accept your offer of £2000.
I suggest a deposit of 10% / £200 to secure.
As above the car is Taxed until 30.09.25 (next Tuesday), MOT until 25.03.26 (and insured until 1.04. 26). Mileage remains at 68340.
I will need to either put the car on SORN or renew on Tuesday, we can discuss details  on here.
Thank you in anticipation.

PM requested by @utterclarity with banking details.
PM sent.

@Joesson the new owner cannot take on your tax so I would suggest you sorning the car is the best way forward.  When they turn up they can buy tax online with the reference in the new keeper section of your V5.  If you tax and then they tax the DVLA get the month paid twice.
Today
2000 x reg pfl - blue - as original no mods
In the late 1980's
1982 x reg Toyota Corolla Liftback Coupe (also blue)
1978 s reg Mitsubishi Celeste Coupe (yellow)

Joesson

Thank you @paulj , I was unsure about the procedure and I agree the DVLA don't need paying twice!

My car was sold today to @utterclarity, a thoroughly nice person to deal with.

I would like to thank the above Members, who supported my offer.

He has just messaged to say the drive home was a " blast". I hope he continues to enjoy it and keeps the Forum in the news.

I won't be signing off here as I am sure I still have a few thoughts and other things that I can share.
