The other week I gave the wife a rollocking for spilling something on the drivers seat, she swore blind that she never but I didn't believe her and just sponged the seat down.

Anyway after being out in the rain today I found that it is letting water in just where the hood joint is near the middle of the drivers side window (sorry dear!  s:oops:  s:oops: ), I don't know if this is a common fault and I hope it's not a hood issue (it doesn't have ears and closes like a dream), It's booked in on wednesday at MrT's so I'll see what developes.

Used to happen in my old car Les. Putting the hood down and then up again sometimes cured it. Seemed as if the rubbers hadn't come together correctly. Touch wood not happened in this car.

This might be an issue I had...at least it's in the same place.

Sometimes when you close the roof on a cold weather, the roof can close on the "wrong" side of the seal first and then force itself on the other side. When that happens often enough, the seal will start to leak and eventually it rips apart. They fixed mine on warranty, so no idea about prices if you're out...
Sure you can live without 500hp, but it\'s languishing.
