After 8 years of ownership, its time to move on.

The car has 1 previous owner, current mileage 94500ish. It has a full service history and MoT until 30/7/27.

Over the years Ive replaced the following
Exhaust flexi and cat
New roof 2024
Lambda sensors
Water pump

Its a very clean and original car with a couple of supermarket scrapes on the bumper.

Good MOT history. But what is the "oil leak" advisory?

I asked about that as well. It seems that at some time in the past it has had a leak, possibly rocker cover gasket, and has left oil on the block. In time Ive had its not used any oil or needed topping up. There's definitely not a current leak.
