Hi,

I recently noticed that the rubber on my front tyres looks to be cracking up.   So I had a look on the forum and decided that I should get either the Goodyear Eagle F1s or the Toyo Proxes.

However on my car at the moment (and in the manual)  the rears are 205/50R15s, and the fronts 185/55R15s.  However everyone seems to have 205/55R15s on the rear.

Excuse my ignorance but what is the difference and what should I put on?

Thanks,
Matt.

not sure here you got that from but people are running 205/50/15 on the rear and thats what you should have

Matt,

you appear to be correct. however it shoudl read 205/50 I'm not sure what happened but somewhere between it being moved from teh forum to teh articles section something went the way of teh pear.

I'll get it sorted ASAP, but trust me it should be 205/50.
