Alarm?

ive got an X reg (2000) model and im wondering what type of alarm toyota fit as standard ? is it just a standard alarm or a thatcham,...etc

Depends where you got the car from.

If we're talking standard fit stuff then;

If its a UK sourced car, it'll have a thatcham 1 grade alarm plus immobiliser.

If it came in from the EU, then it'll have the same thatcham 2 immobiliser as above, but withut the alarm.

If it came from japan as a grey import, it'll have nothing.

What do you have?

ive got a UK sourced 0 thanks for clarifying that for me, can up date my insurance now   s:) :) s:)  

dont thinkitl lower the price though but heres hoping   s:roll: :roll: s:roll:
