Problem with locking wheel nuts

Right here is the original problem:

Tried to take off the drivers side rear wheel so I could install my LT short antenna, but all the nuts were on too tightly.  Managed to get the normal ones off eventually using a cross wrench and a hammer but no such luck with the locking nuts and was very careful not to damage the adapter (or bolt, as I'm told its called).

So I phoned up Mr T and they said I could bring it round and they would loosen them for me.  Great, then I'll be able to install my new aerial.

However, while at Mr T I was told that they managed to loosen 3 of the locking nuts but the 4th one was rounded and would have to be chiselled off.  Great, I thought saying I'd leave it for now as at least I'd be able to get 3 off and don't really want them chiseling at my wheel unless absolutely necessary.  However I thought later that I will need to change my tyres at some point!

So I took it away and during my lunch break, I tried to get a locking nut off.  Bugger, the adapter (bolt) won't even go on the wheel.  So now I have 4 wheels that I can't remove!

I phoned Mr T again and said I wasn't happy.  The guy that dealt with me then said he would talk to the technician that did the job and call me back, and he did after about 2 minutes!  He said the adapter (bolt) had been misshapen by the last wheel but they were still able to tighten (to a reasonable strength) the other 3 wheels (as they wouldn't leave them loose for me to drive off - well that's nice to know   s:) :) s:)  ).  So the whole problem was that they were too tight to start with - yeah I know (Andy).  But because they were too tight, its not their fault the adapter (bolt) broke and I need to pay £45 for some new locking nuts + labour for chiseling off the one that was too tight (supposing they can still get the other 3 off!)

I did mention on the phone this time that my alloys could do with replacing as they have bubbled and would be good if it could all be sorted at the same time, so I'm going to go in next week and get them ordered (so long as they agree that my alloys need replacing - which they do, they're ugly!)  In any case it means it doesn't matter if they slip with the old chisel.  Only problem is I ordered red j-spec wheel stickers from xdesign today and I'm gonna have to wait ages for the new alloys   s:( :( s:(

Sorry for the long post (which is probably why no-one is reading it!) but I needed to vent my frustrations.

Anyway all is ok - took the '2 back to Mr T and I'm getting a new set of warranty alloys which dulls the pain of having to pay out for new locking wheel nuts and labour to chisel off an existing nut
