Pre-Cats - Edinburgh area

hi guys

due to be getting my 2 next week and wondered if anyone in the are that is good at removing the pre-cats as im useless at hands on car work. and how much would you charge?

you know if there anyone up this way can do it GSB??  spoke to local toyota garage and one of the mechanics says he can do it on the side for me, think he wanted £50

If he knows what he is doing I reckon thats a very good price - especially if you have stud problems !

price is fine, but make sure it includes any problems he encounters.

i,.e if worse case happens and it takes him all day, will he still want £50?

no one at all that can do this in scotland?  what about newcastle as i can travel there?

id be interested as well. it dosent look all that difficult but we would need time, the correct tools, and a dry well lit and preferably heated garage.

I wouldn't mind meeting up but like Nelix says, the difficulty is getting the facilities to do it properly, ie somewhere warm and dry with a compressed air line etc

try your local garage, i took along the removal intructions from this site, no problem.90 quid, CAR POLISHED and delivered to my door in 3 hours
