I've printed it off but the risk of catastophic failure suggests I should try it outside the main dealers just in case.

I unplugged my battery at the weekend while i fitted the stereo sub.

Now my alarm doesnt beep anymore on the second press, I havent tested the autolock but is it possible I reset everything?

try removing the battery from the key fob and holding down both key fob buttons at the same time if you experience problems   this removes any residual memory faults in the fob    refit fob battery and try again  should reset and resycronise car and fob    or ask dealer to do it whilst there
