Anything I should know after disconnecting the battery?

Hi

Like a muppet I left my interior light on over the weekend  - god knows why as it's useless.  Also explains why I didn't notice it was on earlier today when I went in the garage!

I went to drive it tonight and the battery is flat.  I've disconnected it and put it on charge.

I got three beeps when I disconnected.

I know I will have reset my ECU which should be a good thing.

Is there anything I need to do when I reconnect tomorrow?  E.g. will the car ask for a security code for the radio?

Or, do I reconnect and everything will be as before?

Thanks

AFAIK, the stock radio doesn't need a code (at least, I never remember having to put one in). You will have to put all your radio presets back in, though.

Other than that, nothing to worry about. Maybe worth giving your MAF a clean since the battery's disconnected?

Cool, thanks.

I'm off early in the morning so the less hassle the better.

Then, I'll drive like a lunatic to teach the ecu how it should be trained   s:wink:  s:wink:

Good idea but, I've nothing to clean it with so it will have to stay as it is for now.
