What do i need to fit hardtop??

hi lads and lassies, ive been offered a hardtop at a very good price, its from a '03 non japanese import (irish reg) MR2 roadster, ive got a '00 japanese import MRS softtop,

wot i need to know is ....... will it fit straight on and if there are any subframes or clip assemblies that i need to be aware of before i buy this, as seller has the hard top only,

Could I have this info too - currently searching around for a silver hardtop to fit my 2000 W plate MR2 Roadster, would like to see the fitting guide, and the parts needed to fit.  Mine obviously didnt have the h/t as an additional extra when purchased new, so I need all the extra parts you would need to fit the hardtop.

Anyone know a source for a silver hard top............ been looking everywhere.

There is one on eBay at the mo - in Essex for £200 at the moment, but its off an 04 plate.  Found a website in Japan selling the hardtops, but it appears that they have 2 different models - one for 2000 - 2002 and then 2002 - Onwards.

Does anyone know if there is any difference ?

Depends on colour - for most colours, no, no difference.  However the pre '03 and post '03 silvers are actually different colours - fitment wise they are all identical, though.
