OBD Code 0141

CEL light is on so following the advice on the forum i bought a gendan code reader (great bit of kit by the way) and it is reading 0141 which is suprise suprise O2 sensor Bank1 Sensor2. Can anyone please guide me to the offending article so that i may replace it.
If anyone in the south Birmingham area needs the code reader then don't feel you have to buy one just pop round and you can use mine  s:) :) s:)

Cheers for the response Mark, but that link just takes me to the codes? What I am after is directions to the O2 sensor, such as middle of engine bay behind coil for instance, Hope this makes it clearer.

since it's sensor 2

look on teh left hand side of teh bay below and to teh right of tehcoolant bottle.

it's the 3rd 02, teh one in teh pipe post main cat.
