Knocking/Rattling Noice?

Over the last week or so i started to hear a rattling or fast knocking noice coming from the front of the car, but not all the time, the noice tends to appear after the car has warmed up, anybody have any ideas what this maybe?

spare tyres not loose is it, mine did this once and only did it when i gave it some stick after it was warmed up
