Has anyone fitted one of these to their 2?  Does it work?  Is it easy ?

I have a 2001MY, with the standard Sony cd/cassette player.

Which she sold to me...

And I still haven't mounted it yet.

It's plugged in and working, just not attached to anything at the mo.  s:oops:  s:oops:

yes, ive got one, my volume control on the actual unit was playing up so i found one of these on ebay for a fiver, great bit of kit imho. jack plugs into the back of the head unit at the passenger side, theres no need to remove the head unit. mounts below the indicator stalk with a mounting plate(2 sided tape and 2 screws) 5 min job.

I am pretty sure that I saw it at home, but you know what its like when you are looking for something, you think that you have seen it everywhere....its a mystery where it went! Seen as the new owner has only registered and not posted on here (and not read welcome message   s:roll:  s:roll:  ) I can't ask him.

Don't suppose any one knows of a way steering wheel radio control that will work with the fisher price. After driving a clio for 8 weeks I really miss the feature!

I found one of the sony stalk things in the garage the other day, will try and dig it out if anyone wants one.  It doesnt have any fittings or instructions though.

Cheers for the link, but I've decided not to bother.  I've got used to twiddling the volume without looking down.

By the way, if anyone wants one, they're cheaper at dabs.com
