back bumper

Hi, i dont suppose anyone would know how much a new back bumper would cost? my cars a 2000 reg.
Some stupid lady ran up the back end of me tonight and cracked my back bumper and scratched it!!!! im going to toyota tomorrow but i was wondering if any of you could help?

Fran, a breakers yard would be your best bet; chances are that Adam (Jap GT300) may have one too, I'll have a look around for you.

ive got her details, her dad said that he will pay for the damage and get a quote, i went to toyota today and they quoted me £514 for everything!!! but i cant get it dont till in the new year now  s:( :( s:(

Just had mine replaced after someone did the same to me !  It was all done via the insurnace (her's) and the total cost was about £500, the bumper is quite cheap itself at about £120 - its the paint & labour that costs !

Just make sure they paint it right, mine is going back in the new year to be touched up!

where did you have yours done?
Ive gone thru her insurance and they said to go to toyota in shrewsbury and they are going to do it for me! its going to be end of jan before they can fit me in tho!
ive already told them it has to look excatly the same as it did before! i know sumone who works there aswell so hopefully they will do it good!!!!
did they have yours in for long or was it just a couple of days?

Nottingham Toyota Inchcape, they ordered in the bumper and did the paintwork off the car, and then i took it in for the day to have it fitted.
I too had to wait a while to get booked in, it was about 4 weeks until they had a slot!
At least they have been good with booking it back in to put the job right, though would have been nice to get it right first time.
