Where are you ordering from?

Headcase has a place for the chargecooler and radiator which are proven to work really well but not sure where they're coming from. It is one of the coolers with the in and out on the same side.
Kind of joined up horseshoe shape. Same as on the 2zz Rotrex he did a short time ago.
Assume the rotrex will be coming from TTS. They are a bonafide Rotrex dealer and their price includes everything you need aside from the oil cooler.

New pump , regulator and rail being fitted to mine soon. Mapped at 7500 rpm at the moment, pump not up to the last 1000 rpm!

It's a beast. Another 1000rpm!!!!
I am a little concerned that you may start making too much torque for the box but you can always get another. Could it be the most power from a 2zz in a MK3? Surely on stock internals.

What are you intake temps like with that chargecooler?

normal driving around, 18, 80mph cruse 25, 1st, 2nd, 3rd , 4th max revs thrash, 49, but quickly goes down to normal when you back off

Just another note for myself.

Have a Halfords battery fitted currently. Weighs in the region of 17kg. Cranks about 500 amps.

An Odessey Extreme Racing 25 weighs in at 7kg and cranks 520 amps.

Could be worth the investment. Thinks it's a reasonable way to loose 10kg.
Although I have no idea how it would cope with short journeys and being parked up for a while.

I think I may see a small increase in MPG.
A rotrex has more like turbo efficiency.
And my turbo was good on a run.
Terrible when pushing on.

Not good but you are running injectors three times bigger than mine and around twice as much boost so hopefully it won't be too bad. You're booting everywhere I bet too. Got to get over 30 on a run. Please God.
