Good morning folk, just putting my wheels back on after having them refurbed   s:bounce: :bounce: s:bounce:
The two rear wheels had the attached photo screwed into the inside of the wheel, I cant remember seeing them when I took them off.
They were finger tight into the wheel and I'm thinking it's something that the refurbing company left in, tried contacting them but it's a Saturday.
The front wheels don't have them or anywhere they could screw in, just a little flumuxed on whether they should be there?

They are to stop you putting a rear wheel on the front - there are holes in the rear hub that aren't in the front.

Originally fitted to all OEM wheels but most get lost by tyre fitters who remove them when balancing new tyres.

Aha, so it's not exactly needed   s:? :? s:?
Just thinking of the weight saving (plus the agro of taking the wheels back off to put them on again   s:roll:  s:roll:   )
