Hi Guys,

Anybody had any experiance or comments to make on this air intake available from a company in the US. It keeps popping up and seems quite cheap.  s:? :? s:?

Looks reasonable to me, although I am guessing the pic isn't of the MR2 one as there seems too much piping. Providing is it with a genuine K&N filter then you can't really go wrong as the filter on it's own isn't much less than that price.

thats a lot cheaper than the Apexi  s:shock:  s:shock:  why not give it a go and be the first to try it then? then let us know how you get on, other than that you'd be better trying this question over at SC, guaranteed that someones tried it there

That's what I thought at first - but look at the MAF mounting, that looks like ours..

I think this is one of those kits that relocate the air filter to very low down in the engine bay, with a really long runner and that Samco bend..

If it is, then it's incredibly cheap for a lot of materials, although I'd be worried about sucking up water..

[edit] On looking at it again.. the MAF mount looks like ours, but the pipe bends in the wrong direction, unless the MAF is being remounted upside down.. Most odd..
