New injector... Should I be worried?

Had a problem with the 2 this week. Seemed to be misfiring and loss of power.

Took it into Mr T's today, diagnosis is a faulty injector. I asked what could of caused this but they said " it's just a faulty part".

Bearing in mind that I'm not mechanically minded in any shape or form. Is there anything I should be aware of that could have caused this?

It could have been blocked by a deposit of some kind in the fuel, or it could just have been a simple mechanical failure. Nothing in particular to worry about.
