Water Leakage

Yesterday it was raining a lot.
I was driving and there was water leakage!!!
To be more specific, dots of water were going in through the driver's window (top, between the window and the soft top).

How serious is that? Any way to fix it?
Is there any chance that the softtop was not fitted correctly last time I opened it?

You might have put the roof up incorrectly. Drop it and bring it back up really slowly, checking both sides to make sure the top falls into the channels on both sides. Once you are happy it is in place correctly, run a hose over the seals (no heavy pressure though). If it leaks now it would indicate that the soft rubber seal is shot and needs replacing.
