I don't know, when I bought my last set of OEM pads from the dealer they were only a shade over £20 (fronts).

We share the pad size with several other cars, that's why they are cheap. Makes me wonder if we share the pad material with Yaris and alikes though  s:roll:  s:roll:

Fronts were 29e and rears 22e over here. I'd just get the OEM, like Slacey already said. Not worth the trouble trying to find cheaper ones  s8) 8) s8)
Sure you can live without 500hp, but it\'s languishing.

Exactly what I was thinking...

Didn't realise OEM ones were that cheap. Thanks guys.

And performance wise, the OEM pads worked fine at the Elvington track day a few of us went to last year. I noticed no fade at all despite a hard hour long session that left my wheels boiling hot!

Does anyone recommend those ones on ebay then????

I have also got a quote on speedways.co.uk who are charging £24 with delivery being free and that includes VAT......For the extra £2 I would feel safer for some reason.

How about brake disks? Any good ones of them on ebay? That anyone would recommend.....

they have just quoted me £86 including vat & delivery for front & rear pads and front discs which i thought was an ace price.

I will have to give them a try. Do you know if that price is for vented etc or just normal?

£86 is a superb price, makes you wonder if their is anything wrong as the best price by far I have had is £102 delivered and with VAT included.

Do you have a preference on them being vented etc?

they are oem standard so yes the fronts are vented. if you were ordering rears, they would be solid.

So those ones from braking.co.uk are vented disks and pads? Its got to be the cheapest I have seen.

£63 for pads!!!!

The most I have seen is £40 and this was because they were uprated pads. I have been told not to go for uprated as they work best at high temperatures, and as I am only a weekend driver I wouldn't get the best out of them.....So normal it is then....

Thanks Tem.

You pointed me to these items before when I enquired about pads, and bought them.

I haven't fitted them yet but they look ok and include the squealy bits as well.
