New soft top first. Like the look of the hard top but like to drop the top whenever I like more

Quote from: "Mr X"Do you know how much poke you were making after you fitted the charge cooler and injectors?

Quote from: "Leethesparky"Mod's, I've just noticed there is a readers rides section.. Maybe it's worth moving this thread there ?

this is probably not the section I would hope it is   s:lol:  s:lol:

The charge cooler and injectors took me from 7psi boost to 12psi.. So the answer is, lots of poke   s:D :D s:D

Update

Fitted these

Pretty stickers for my wheels

Got rid of the battery out the engine bay. Moved the air filter to the side intake vent

Moved the charge cooler away from the engine. It was too cramped. Fitted the proper maf pipe, mine was bodged

Made a battery cage

Butchered some Porsche Cayenne wheel arch trims

Mods...Is it possible to move this thread into readers rides? I'd rather it be viewed by members only and  Incentive to keep it updated in the right section.   s:D :D s:D

A few jobs will be done over the next week or so, will post pics as they happen

I've got some variable force gas struts to fit on the engine lid. I bought variable ones as I didn't know the force needed to lift the spoiler

Braided hoses for the brakes

I'm going to modify a fuel rail to be a return system with a rising rate regulator and upgrade the fuel pump to a walbro 255l
Plan is to cut the ends of the fuel rail, gas weld on some thicker ends, drill and tap for an6 connectors then replace all the fuel lines for braided.

Oh and replace the clutch master and slave because my clutch is playing up. Biting point keeps moving around, sometimes won't release, sometimes difficult to get in gear. But won't post pics as that's boring   s:D :D s:D

Here is one not so boring,

As I have moved the battery to the front I've gained some space, so made a header tank for the charge cooler
Not the best welding, but this car is diy   s:D :D s:D

I've also changed the ecu for a emanage ultimate now too

Not sure if it's been said. You probably know anyway. But make sure you compress the slave when bleeding.. personally I just use a vacuum bleeder and it pulls thru fine once compressed. Sounds like you just have air.

I thought that stu, I've bled it twice and seems to sort it for half hour then goes funny again. I decided to give up and just change everything. I've not seen vacuum bleeders, only the other type that uses the tyre air. I will have a look for those

Fitted the gas struts. Used ones with variable force as I didn't know which to buy for the heavy spoiler.

Fuel regulator delivered so hopefully fitting this weekend.

Whilst I'm doing stuff in the engine bay I might paint it either red or black and tidy it all up.

Look good Lee.
Got a link for the fuel pressure reg?
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Cheers, I spotted the push on trim whilst looking at splitters on google, so stole the idea. Thought it finished it nicely.

There is quite a big difference now, but I don't know what's changed it, as I lifted and changed the angle of the wing too.

The car floated around a little on the road, now it feels more solid. Definately a difference but not sure why
