What's my Janspeed worth?

I'm thinking of selling my Janspeed exhaust and have no idea what it's worth..... new flexi, 200 cell sports cat, extra O2 sensor bung for 2zz fitment and it's in great condition, staight through emissions last month.

 I'm thinking it must be worth £400-£450 given its rareity and that TTE ones are going for £300+ with no cat.

What do you guys think? Am I about right or am I way off?

I'd be interested in buying it. The cat on mine is falling apart internally, so need to replace it pretty soon.
